I just attended a rebirth session last night with a Breathworker. He claims that most of us experience birth trauma. If women can unlearn and reeducated about natural birth, birth can be as calm and gentle for both the baby and the mother. Birth trauma can be prevented. Medical intervention really add more stress to the newborn baby.
Hope parents are aware of this fact.

Excellent post! So glad I had a homebirth. It was the most amazing experience EVER. Peaceful and calm. It empowered me and made me feel like I could do anything.
